If you are an internet subscriber of an ISP that uses AutoXpon Billing, your subscriber data (billing details, usage, contact information) is controlled by your own internet provider, not by us directly -- see that provider's own Terms & Conditions for how they handle your information.

This Privacy Policy describes how AutoXpon Billing ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website, our public Help Center, and our platform's operation on behalf of the internet service provider ("ISP") businesses that subscribe to our software.

2. Information we collect

Website visitors: standard technical information (browser type, general location, pages visited) collected via normal web server logs, and any information you voluntarily submit through a contact or inquiry form (name, email, phone, company, and your message).
ISP customers: account and billing information needed to operate your subscription to our platform.
Subscriber data processed on behalf of an ISP: when an ISP uses our platform to manage their own subscribers, we process that subscriber data (names, contact details, payment records, usage) strictly as a service provider acting on the ISP's instructions -- we do not use it for our own purposes, and the ISP itself remains responsible for their own subscribers' privacy rights.
