Manage Subscribers in AutoXpon Billing
Subscribers is the operational record for a customer’s connection, package, router, status, billing relationship, and service history. Use the connection type to drive the fields and process rather than treating all accounts as interchangeable.
Create the right kind of account
- Choose PPPoE, Hotspot, Static IP, or DHCP before entering connection information; the form presents different fields for each type.
- Assign a package and router, then add the customer and location data required for your workflow.
- For an additional service at the same customer, use Parent Account/Add Service so wallet and billing history can remain connected instead of creating an unrelated customer.
- For a static-IP customer, reserve an address outside DHCP/hotspot pool ranges. The application checks uniqueness, but pool design remains a network-planning responsibility.
Operate the lifecycle deliberately
- Use Suspend, Reconnect, or Disconnect for service-state changes; use Force Disconnect Session Now when the objective is only to end a current session.
- Renew a subscription only when its wallet balance can cover the package charge; use Extend Expiry for an intentional goodwill extension.
- Use Schedule an Action for controlled future disconnects, reconnects, or package changes, and cancel it if the customer’s situation changes.
- After a factory reset or major router configuration loss, use the router’s resync/reconfigure actions as appropriate and verify one test subscriber before bulk work.
Product-source basis
This workflow is verified against the current AutoXpon Billing Subscribers module and in-product help. Permissions determine which staff members can view or change subscriber data.
