MikroTik & Network Setup
Navigate AutoXpon Billing: Where Each Workflow Lives
The navigation is organised around the work an ISP team performs. What you can see depends on your role and permissions, so a missing menu item is not automatically a fault.
Start with the task, not the screen
- Routers: onboard MikroTik devices, inspect connection and service status, and run supported router operations.
- Subscribers and Packages: create customer services, assign packages, and manage lifecycle actions.
- Hotspot: manage vouchers, captive portal pages, promotions, and hotspot-specific settings.
- Billing: work with invoices, wallets, and payment collection/reconciliation.
- Support, Messaging, and Reports: handle tickets, communicate with customers, and review operations.
- Settings and Access Control: configure organisation-level settings and control who can perform sensitive actions.
Safe way to learn a new workflow
- Read the in-app Help topic for the page before changing production network settings.
- Use a demo or test subscriber/router where available for a first run.
- Confirm the required permission with an administrator if a control is unavailable.
- Record before-and-after state for router, package, and billing changes so the team can troubleshoot safely.
Product-source basis
The groups above reflect the current AutoXpon Billing navigation and public/in-app Help catalogue; roles are intentionally scoped so, for example, a cashier does not need router-management access.
